SOUND ABSORBING NONFLAMMABLE SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing nonflammable sheet which is a sheet excellent in an echo suppression effect and an acoustic attenuation effect as a ceiling area component and a sound absorbing member installed in a ceiling of an architectural structure or a sound absorbing member as an attachment of the ceiling area component, has light weight and flexibility, and has nonflammability applicable to properties complying with the Building Standards Act.SOLUTION: A large number of ventilation holes with a bore diameter of 0.5-2.5 φmm are formed and arranged on the whole surface of a flexible laminate with a thickness of 0.35-2.0 mm, a rate of hole areas of the ventilation holes is set at 2.5-12.5%, the ventilation hole has at least "thermoplastic resin layer/air permeable cloth layer" as a layer structure of an inner wall cross section of the ventilation hole, and the thermoplastic resin layer contains 1.5-10 mass% of one or more selected from smectite-based clay mineral, synthetic smectite, sericite, fluorine mica and expanded graphite as thermally-expandable particles with respect to the thermoplastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物の天井に設置される天井面積構成部材兼吸音部材、または天井面積構成部材付帯物としての吸音部材として反響抑止効果と音響減衰効果とに優れ、軽量性かつフレキシブル性のシートであって、建築基準法物件適用可能な不燃性を具備する吸音不燃シートの提供。【解決手段】厚さ0.35〜2.0mmの可撓性積層体の全面に孔径0.5〜2.5φmmの通気孔を多数形成、配置して、その開孔率を2.5〜12.5%とし、かつこの通気孔の内壁断面の層構造として、少なくとも「熱可塑性樹脂層/通気性布帛層」を有し、さらに熱可塑性樹脂層が熱膨張性粒子として、スメクタイト系粘土鉱物、合成スメクタイト、セリサイト、フッ素雲母、及び膨張黒鉛から選ばれた1種以上を熱可塑性樹脂層に対して1.5〜10質量%含むようにする。【選択図】図1
