PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device configured to prevent theft prevention control function from being impaired due to a communication failure or the like caused by noise or the like.SOLUTION: A first control section in an on-vehicle control device, when receiving through a first receiving circuit a second authentication code transmitted from a portable machine, determines whether or not the received second authentication code matches a first authentication code stored in a first storage circuit; and controls a first transmitting circuit so as to make timing at which an authentication code requesting signal is transmitted lag relative to timing at which an ignition plug of an engine is made to generate ignition spark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ノイズ等による通信不良等により盗難防止制御機能が損なわれることのない車両用制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車載制御装置に於ける第１の制御部は、携帯機から送信された第２の認証コードを第１の受信回路により受信したとき、受信した第２の認証コードが第１の記憶回路に記憶されている第１の認証コードと一致するか否かを判定すると共に、エンジンの点火プラグに点火火花を発生させるタイミングに対して認証コード要求信号を送信するタイミングをずらせるように第１の送信回路を制御する。【選択図】図１
