HINGE DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC DOOR CLOSING, AND SWING DOOR PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device for automatic door closing that maintains smooth door opening/closing over a long period.SOLUTION: On a mating surface of two hinge components 7, 8 that face each other, a spirally upward inclining surface is formed on a fixed-side lower hinge component 7 side around a pivot shaft 6 from a start-up base point in a direction of door opening rotation, while a spirally downward inclining surface is formed on a movable-side upper hinge component 8 side around the pivot shaft 6 from the start-up base point in the direction of door opening rotation. Here, at least a form of the spirally inclined surface of the fixed-side lower hinge component 7 virtually coincides with a form of the spirally inclined surface of the movable-side upper hinge component 8. On the fixed-side lower hinge component 7, a wall surface is erected along an outer periphery side of the start-up base point for forming a lubricant storage part in an area including the start-up base point, and a circulation groove is formed along an outer peripheral part of the spirally inclined surface for returning lubricant to the lubricant storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】スムーズな扉の開閉が長期に亘って維持できる自動閉扉用ヒンジ装置を提供する。【解決手段】両ヒンジ部品7、8の対面する合わせ面において、固定側下ヒンジ部品7側は、始動基点部から開扉回転方向に向かって夫々ピボット軸6を中心とする上り傾斜の螺旋状傾斜面を形成する一方、可動側上ヒンジ部品8は、始動基点部から開扉回転方向に向かって夫々ピボット軸6を中心とする下り傾斜の螺旋状傾斜面を形成し、かつ少なくとも固定側下ヒンジ部品7の螺旋状傾斜面の形状と可動側上ヒンジ部品8の螺旋状傾斜面の形状とを実質的に一致させる。固定側下ヒンジ部品7において、始動基点部の外周側に沿って起立壁面を有し、始動基点部を含む領域を潤滑剤貯留部としてあるとともに、螺旋状傾斜面の外周部に沿って潤滑剤を潤滑剤貯留部に戻すための還流溝を形成する。【選択図】図2
