PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail fitting structure in a balcony capable of preventing a handrail part from falling in a configuration where the handrail part is fitted onto a spandrel wall part that is provided at an edge part of the balcony.SOLUTION: In a building, a spandrel wall part 17 is provided at the edge part of the balcony, and a handrail part 18 is fitted on the spandrel wall part 17. The spandrel wall part 17 includes a balcony outer wall surface member 31 and a spandrel wall frame 32 that is provided on a rear side of the balcony outer wall surface member 31. The spandrel wall frame 32 includes a plurality of spandrel wall supports 34 and an upper chord member 35 that is provided over upper ends of the spandrel wall supports 34. The handrail part 18 includes a plurality of handrail supports 41 that are erected on the upper chord member 35 and fixed to the upper chord member 35. In a fixture portion where the handrail support 41 is fixed in the upper chord member 35, a reinforcement bracket 60 is provided for reinforcing the upper chord member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】バルコニーの周縁部に設けられた腰壁部の上に手摺部が取り付けられた構成において、手摺部に倒れが生じるのを抑制することができるバルコニーにおける手摺取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物においてバルコニーの周縁部には腰壁部１７が設けられ、腰壁部１７の上には手摺部１８が取り付けられている。腰壁部１７は、バルコニー外壁面材３１とバルコニー外壁面材３１の裏面側に設けられた腰壁フレーム３２とを有し、腰壁フレーム３２は、複数の腰壁支柱３４と腰壁支柱３４の上端部に跨がって設けられた上弦材３５とを有する。手摺部１８は、上弦材３５上に立設され上弦材３５に固定された複数の手摺支柱４１を有する。上弦材３５において手摺支柱４１が固定された固定部位には、上弦材３５を補強する補強ブラケット６０が設けられている。【選択図】図６
