RUSTIC FLOOR MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rustic floor material, which has appearance giving an observer an image as if the material has been used for many years, has less-visible unevenness and clearance of joint parts and can make the clearance of joint parts less visible even after a long period of use, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rustic floor material consists of a laminate that comprises: a back layer; a pattern forming layer, which is laminated on the back layer and has pattern printed on a film base material; and a transparent layer laminated on a surface of the pattern forming layer. R surface is formed on periphery of the surface of the laminate. A concavity is formed on the R surface. The concavity has a length in a periphery direction of the laminate of at least 20% of the entire periphery length of the laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長年にわたって使用され続けてきたかのような印象を観察者に与えることのできる外観を有するとともに、目地部における不陸が視認されにくく、目地部における隙間が視認されにくく、かつ、長期間使用した後であってもなお目地部における隙間を目立たなくすることのできるラスティック床材及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】バック層と、バック層の表面に積層され、フィルム基材の表面に模様が印刷されてなる模様形成層と、前記模様形成層の表面に積層された透明層とを有する積層体からなり、前記積層体の表面における周囲縁辺にはＲ面部が形成されてなるとともに、前記Ｒ面部には凹部が形成されてなり、前記凹部は、前記積層体の周囲縁辺方向におけるその長さが、前記積層体の周囲縁辺全体の長さに対して、少なくとも２０％であることを特徴とするラスティック床材。【選択図】図１
