PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator type parking device which prevents a turntable device within a pit from being submerged.SOLUTION: The elevator type parking device comprises: a lift cage 5 that is moved up and down along a hoistway 4 communicating to an entrance/exit 3 of a building 2; and a turntable device 7 that is disposed within a pit 6 at a lower side of the hoistway 4. The lift cage 5 and the turntable device 7 include connection means 8 and connection means 9 that are arranged while facing each other in a vertical direction. When flooding within the pit 6 is detected by a water level sensor 38, a control device moves the lift cage 5 lower than a lower limit position of a normal hoist range, the connection means 8 and 9 of the lift cage 5 and the turntable device 7 are connected with each other, the lift cage 5 is then moved up, and the turntable device 7 that is suspended from the lift cage 5 via the connection means 8 and 9 is moved higher than the pit 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ピット内のターンテーブル装置の水没を回避するエレベータ式駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】エレベータ式駐車装置は、建屋２の入出庫口３に通じる昇降路４で昇降するリフトケージ５と、昇降路４の下方のピット６内に配設されたターンテーブル装置７とを備える。リフトケージ５とターンテーブル装置７には、上下方向に対向する配置で連結手段８と連結手段９を備える。水位センサ３８によりピット６内の浸水が検出されると、制御装置は、リフトケージ５を通常昇降範囲の下限位置よりも下方に下降させて、リフトケージ５とターンテーブル装置７の連結手段８，９同士を連結させ、次いで、リフトケージ５を上昇させて、リフトケージ５に連結手段８，９を介して吊られるターンテーブル装置７を、ピット６よりも上方へ上昇させる。【選択図】図２
