MANHOLE RENEWAL STRUCTURE AND NEWLY CONSTRUCTED MANHOLE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole renewal structure capable of preventing deterioration to progress further without applying a large load on an existing straight wall and of increasing strength of the manhole without water leak and extending the life of manhole.SOLUTION: A step 3a made of a reinforcement composite is installed to an inside of a cylindrical body 3 is put in an existing straight wall 1 after removing a road pavement layer outside the existing straight wall 1 underground of a manhole and an existing step inside the existing straight wall 1. The cylindrical body 3 and the existing straight wall 1 are connected by charging a cement back-filling material 11 between the body and the wall. A support foundation 10 on which ballast is laid is installed on a foundation outside the existing straight wall 1. A lower protrusion 2a of a circumference of an oblique wall block 2 is laid on the support foundation 10. Upper load and vibration are applied on the support foundation 10. A water expansive rubber 12 are inserted between a top edge of the existing straight wall 1 and a bottom of the oblique wall block 2. A cover support ring 4, a manhole cover 5, a road floor material, a pavement layer and soil are reconstructed on upper circumference of the oblique wall block 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設の直壁に大きな荷重をかけないで、これ以上の劣化が進行させず、水洩れもなくマンホールの強度を高められて、長寿命に延長できるマンホールの更新構造を提供する。【解決手段】マンホールの地中の既設直壁1の外側にある道路舗装層及び部材及び既設直壁1の内側の既設のステップを撤去した後の既設直壁1の内側に強化複合材製のステップ3aを内側に取付けた筒体3を嵌装し、同筒体3と既設直壁1との間にセメント系裏込材11を流し込んで接合し、又既設直壁1の外側の地盤に砂利を敷いた支持基礎10を設け、同支持基礎10の上に斜壁ブロック2の外周の下方突部2aを載置して上方荷重・振動を支持基礎10に荷重し、又既設直壁1の上端と斜壁ブロック2の底面との間に水膨張性ゴム12を間装し、斜壁ブロック2の上方外周に蓋支持リング4,マンホール蓋5,路床材,舗装層,土を再構築する。【選択図】図1
