MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR IRREGULARLY SHAPED REINFORCING BAR AND IRREGULARLY SHAPED REINFORCING-BAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an irregularly shaped reinforcing-bar which enables a reduction in the radius of curvature in a bent part.SOLUTION: When an irregularly shaped reinforcing-bar with a bent part 3 formed in a part is to be manufactured by folding a rod-like part 2 where nodes 2A and bottoms 2B are continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface along the axial direction, a planned part to form the bent part 3 of the rod-like part 2 is made partially deficient in the node 2A to form a defective surface 3A, and the rod-like part 2 is folded so that the defective surface 3A may turn outside, and the part located opposite the defective surface 3A inside. An outside elongation of the planned part to form the bent part 3 is averaged to prevent stress from being concentrated on a particular part, thereby resulting in a difficulty in cracking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】屈曲部の曲率半径を小さくすることができる異形鉄筋の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】外周面に節部2Aと底部2Bとが軸方向に沿って連続形成された棒状部2を折り曲げて屈曲部3が一部に形成された異形鉄筋を製造するにあたり、棒状部2の屈曲部3を形成する予定部位における節部2Aの一部を欠損して欠損面3Aを形成し、欠損面3Aが外側となり欠損面3Aとは反対側に位置する部分が内側となるように棒状部2を折り曲げる。屈曲部3を形成する予定部位の外側の伸びが平均化され、特定の部位に応力が集中せず、亀裂が生じにくくなる。【選択図】図4
