PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body environment setting device and a moving body environment setting system capable of reducing a time taken when an engine is turned ON/OFF while enabling a use environment according to a user to be set.SOLUTION: A moving body environment setting device 1 includes an identification information acquisition unit for acquiring identification information capable of identifying users A and B getting on a moving body of a plurality of users A and B that share the moving body, an identification information determination unit 12 for determining whether or not first identification information acquired by the identification information acquisition unit 11 is the same as second identification information acquired by the identification information acquisition unit 11 last time, and an instrument information initialization unit 13 that keeps initialization object information stored by an electronic instrument 2 provided to the moving body when it is determined by the identification information determination unit 12 that the first identification information is the same as the second identification information, and initializes the initialization object information when it is determined by the identification information determination unit 12 that the first identification information is different from the second identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
