SELF-HEALING HEAVY CONCRETE AND PRECAST CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-healing heavy concrete that is applicable to a containment vessel for radiation shielding in which it is difficult to repair a crack after the construction of the containment vessel and that has improved water cut-off performance.SOLUTION: The self-healing heavy concrete is produced by blending a powder containing cement, fly ash and an expansive admixture, water and a heavyweight aggregate. In this case, a weight ratio between the water and the powder is 17 to 40%. Also fly ash of 120 to 200 kg and the expansive admixture of 30 to 80 kg are blended per volume of 1 cubic meter. Further the expansive admixture is activated by being vapor cured after removal of forms. Thereby heavy concrete can be self-healed around 21 days even when the crack has 0.2 mm width or less and has an initial permeated water amount of about 0.30 cm/s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】施工後にひび割れ補修が難しい放射線遮蔽用格納容器に適用可能な、止水性能を高めた自己治癒性重量コンクリートを提供する。【解決手段】自己治癒性重量コンクリートは、セメント、フライアッシュ、及び膨張材を含む粉体と、水と、重量骨材とが配合される。この際、水と粉体との重量比が17〜40%である。また、体積1立方メートルあたり、フライアッシュは120〜200kg、及び膨張材は30〜80kg配合される。更に、脱型後に蒸気養生されることで、膨張材を活性化させる。これにより、重量コンクリートにおいて、0.2mm幅以下、初期の透水量が0.30cm3/s程度以下のひび割れであっても21日前後で自己治癒させることができる。【選択図】図4
