PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure of an apartment house capable of musical performance of a musical instrument of causing a large sound volume and vibration such as a drum and a brass.SOLUTION: A soundproof structure S of an apartment house comprises a first structure 10 being respectively a concrete skeleton and constituted of a first floor 11, a first wall 12 and the first ceiling 13, a second structure 20 constructed in the first structure 10, that is, the second structure 20 constituted of a second floor 21 of a vibration control structure constructed on the first floor 11, a second wall 22 of the vibration control structure constructed in the first wall 12 and the second ceiling 23 of the vibration control structure constructed under the first ceiling 13 and a third structure 30 constructed in the second structure 20, that is, the third structure 30 constituted of a third floor 31 of the vibration control structure constructed on the second floor 21, a third wall 32 constructed in the second wall 22 by completely cutting off from the second wall 22 and the third ceiling 33 constructed under the second ceiling 23 by completely cutting off from the second ceiling 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
