METHOD FOR ERECTING COLUMN FOR GUARD FENCE AND COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for erecting a column for guard fence which can erect a column simply without boring by using a down-the-hole hammer and which can greatly reduce cost for erecting a column.SOLUTION: In a method for erecting a column for guard fence, a consolidation jig 80 which can be internally inserted in a column comprising a hollow pipe body with open upper and lower ends and which can be struck is used, and by striking the consolidation jig 80, a part of an external pipe 30 composing the column with the consolidation jig 80 is penetrated into the ground and is erected, and sediment taken in the external pipe 30 is consolidated by the consolidation jig 80 so that a consolidated soil mass Gis formed. A consolidation material is packed in the whole area of the inside of the external pipe 30 blocked by the consolidated soil mass G, and the consolidated soil mass Gand the consolidation material are integrated by the external pipe 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A
