PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine to be sold globally capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by optimizing the configuration of an engine thereof while considering the specifications at the shipping destination, and to provide a replacement method of engine of construction machine and a management system thereof.SOLUTION: A construction machine 1 equipped with an engine includes: an engine head unit 502a, which is selected from engine head units 502a of plural specifications, and which consolidates components to be dismounted and replaced with another one according to the relevant specifications; and an engine block unit 501 common to the engine head units 502a of plural specifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
