FORM PLATE FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form plate fixture capable of efficiently fixing a form plate to H-shaped steel in a short time without requiring labor, and capable of firmly fixing the form plate to the H-shaped steel.SOLUTION: In a form plate fixture 10A, a first fixing square pipe 17 (a fixing member 11) is positioned on the outer surface side of a flange of H-shaped steel, and a wedge receiving member 12 is positioned on the inner surface side of the flange, and after arranging the form plate between the first fixing square pipe 17 and an outer surface of the flange, a wedge member 14 is inserted between a wedge receiving member 14 and an inner surface of the flange in a state of allowing a first inclined plate of the wedge receiving member 12 and a second inclined plate of the wedge member 14 to abut on each other, and close contact force of an opposed surface of the wedge member 14 to the inner surface of the flange becomes gradually strong by gradually sliding the wedge member 14 to the front in the longitudinal direction by using a bolt 15 threadably attached to a long nut, and the form plate is firmly fixed between the first fixing square pipe 17 and the outer surface of the flange of the H-shaped steel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠板をH形鋼に手間を要せず短時間に効率よく固定することができ、型枠板をH形鋼に強固に固定することができる型枠板固定器具を提供する。【解決手段】型枠板固定器具10Aでは、第1固定角パイプ17(固定部材11)をH形鋼のフランジの外面側に位置させ、楔受け部材12をフランジの内面側に位置させるとともに、型枠板を第1固定角パイプ17とフランジの外面との間に配置した後、楔受け部材12の第1傾斜板と楔部材14の第2傾斜板とを当接させた状態で楔部材14を楔受け部材14とフランジの内面との間に挿入し、長ナットに螺着されたボルト15を利用して楔部材14を前後方向前方へ次第にスライドさせることで、フランジの内面に対する楔部材14の対向面の密着力が次第に強くなり、型枠板が第1固定角パイプ17とH形鋼のフランジの外面との間に強固に固定される。【選択図】図1
