PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow protection plate unit having a wind reduction function and a power generation function.SOLUTION: A rectangular frame is provided. A generator and a shaft support body are attached to proper places of the frame. A rotating shaft is rotatably positioned between the generator and the shaft support body, and a pair of blades is appropriately attached to the rotating shaft by a support member. Thus, electric power is generated by rotation of the blade rotated by wind power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
