MAINTENANCE FREE TYPE STONE MATERIAL TILE AND COATING AGENT THEREFOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE TILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance free type stone material tile having a coating layer good in water resistance, antifouling property, slipperiness and adhesiveness and having no crack initiation, which is a super hard type coated film having pencil hardness equivalent to 12H or more on a surface, and having glossiness of 80 or more.SOLUTION: There is provided a glassy inorganic coating agent for maintenance free type stone material tile having a main component containing polyorganosiloxane where at least one or more kind of alkoxysilane consists of a mixture of tetrafunctional group and trifunctional group alkoxysilane and a silane coupling agent having an epoxy functional group and ultra fine particle colloidal silica with average particle diameter of 5 to 20 nm, where to 100 weight ratio, the polyorganosiloxane of 30 to 50 wt.%, the silane coupling agent of 5 to 20 wt.%, the ultra fine particle colloidal silica of 20 to 40 wt.%, phosphoric acid or the like as a catalyst for enhancing reaction curability of 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% or a titanium-based catalyst and/or an aluminum-based catalyst of 0.1 to 20.0 wt.% by weight ratio are added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面に鉛筆硬度が１２Ｈ相当以上の超硬質系塗膜で、耐水性、防汚性、滑り性、密着性が良好で、クラック発生のないコーティング層を有する、光沢が８０以上でメンテナンスフリー型石材タイルの提供。【解決手段】少なくともアルコキシシランの１種以上が４官能基及び３官能基のアルコキシシランの混合物から成るポリオルガノシロキサンと、エポキシ官能基を有するシランカップリング剤を有し、平均粒径５〜２０ｎｍの超微粒コロイダルシリカとを含む主成分を有し、１００重量比に対し、ポリオルガノシロキサンが３０〜５０ｗｔ％、シランカップリング剤５〜２０ｗｔ％、超微粒コロイダルシリカが２０〜４０ｗｔ％、それに反応硬化性を高める触媒としてリン酸等を重量比で０．１〜５．０ｗｔ％か、チタン系触媒及び／又はアルミニウム系触媒が重量比で０．１〜２０．０ｗｔ％かを添加するメンテナンスフリー型石材タイル用ガラス質無機系コーティング剤。【選択図】図１
