REPAIR DEVICE AND REPAIR METHOD FOR PIPE BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair device and a repair method for a pipe body capable of repairing a wider area on an inner surface of the pipe body than conventional technologies with a lesser labor and cost.SOLUTION: A repair device for a pipe body includes: a spring plate 2; a flexible shaft 3 connected to each of two side edges of the spring plate 2 that face each other; a handle 4 for operating the flexible shaft 3; a repair jig 1 having a sleeve 8 for covering the flexible shaft 3; and a repair body held by the spring plate 2 of the repair jig 1. After placing the repair body on a surface on an outer peripheral side of the spring plate 2, the flexible shaft 3 is rotated with the handle 4 to curve the spring plate 2, and to insert the spring plate and the repair body from an opening at an end of a steel pipe. After reaching a deteriorated part inside the steel pipe, a protective film of the repair body is separated, the curved spring plate 2 is loosened to increase a diameter, and a repair member of the repair body is pressed on an inner surface of the steel pipe. After curing time has elapsed, the spring plate 2 is curved to reduce the diameter, and the repair jig 1 is taken out from the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】管体の内側面の従来よりも広い範囲を、少ない手間とコストで補修することができる管体補修装置及び管体補修方法を提供すること。【解決手段】管体補修装置は、バネ板2と、このバネ板2の互いに対向する2つの側縁に各々連結されたフレキシブルシャフト3と、このフレキシブルシャフト3を操作するためのハンドル4と、フレキシブルシャフト3を被覆するスリーブ8を有する補修治具1と、この補修治具1のバネ板2に保持される補修体を備える。バネ板2の外周側となる表面に補修体を配置した後、ハンドル4でフレキシブルシャフト3を回転させてバネ板2を湾曲させ、鋼管の端部の開口から内部へ挿入する。鋼管内の劣化部分に達すると、補修体の保護フィルムを離脱させ、バネ板2の湾曲を緩めて径を拡大し、補修体の補修部材を鋼管の内側面に押圧する。養生時間が経過すると、バネ板2を湾曲させて径を縮小し、補修治具1を鋼管の内部から取り出す。【選択図】図1
