VARIABLE WIDTH RULER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a width ruler that may be handled conveniently without using a leveling tile, to be switched to suit a width of a floor material used.SOLUTION: A width rule is used when cutting a floor material to be bonded to an interior shape along a wall surface, and has a predetermined width between an edge side in contact with the wall surface and the other edge side for cutting the floor material to be bonded or making a mark for cutting. The width ruler has a first body part that includes the edge side, a second body part that includes the other edge side, and width adjusting means for variably retaining the width between the edge side and the other edge side at a first width or a second width. The first body part and the second body part are connected to each other in a way that allows relative displacement, with the width adjusting means in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 捨てタイルを用いる必要がなく、取り回しの良い幅定規であって、用いる床材の幅に合せて切り替えて対応することができる幅定規を得る。【解決手段】 貼着される床材を壁面に沿った内形状に切断するに際して使用し、壁面に接触させる一端辺と貼着される床材をカットするかカット用の印しを付与する他端辺との幅長さが予め定められた幅長さとする幅定規であって、幅定規が、一端辺を含む第１本体部と、他端辺を含む第２本体部と、一端辺と他端辺との間の幅長さを第１幅長さ又は第２幅長さに変更可能に保持する幅調節手段とを備え、幅調節手段を介して第１本体部と第２本体部とが互いに変位可能に連結されているもの。【選択図】 図１
