REINFORCEMENT JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement joint structure that enables reinforcing bars of a precast concrete member to be joined more efficiently with a mechanical joint.SOLUTION: An upper precast concrete member having a plurality of reinforcing bars 4a protruded from a bottom edge surface is placed on a lower concrete member 1 formed by integrally embedding in concrete a plurality of sleeves 2 on an upper edge part respectively connected to a reinforcing bar 1a. A reinforcement joint structure A is for connecting the reinforcing bars 1a and 4a of the lower concrete member 1 and the upper precast concrete member to each other, and includes the sleeve 2 and a mixed two-component-type adhesive (a filler) 10 made of a base agent and a curing agent and inserted into the sleeve 2 keeping the main agent and the curing agent separated. The reinforcing bars 1a, 4a of the lower concrete member 1 and the upper precast concrete member are connected to each other when the adhesive 10 has cured, after inserting the reinforcing bar 4a of the upper precast concrete member into the sleeve 2 of the lower concrete member 1 and the main agent and the curing agent are mixed by the reinforcing bar 4a of the upper precast concrete member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】PCa部材の鉄筋を機械式継手でより効率的に接合することを可能にする鉄筋継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】上端部に複数の筒状のスリーブ2をそれぞれ鉄筋1aに接続しつつコンクリートに一体に埋設して形成した下部コンクリート部材1の上に、下端面から下方に複数の鉄筋4aを突出させて形成した上部PCa部材を配置し、下部コンクリート部材1と上部PCa部材の鉄筋1a、4a同士を接続するための鉄筋継手構造Aであって、スリーブ2と、主剤及び硬化剤からなり、予め主剤と硬化剤を分けた状態でスリーブ2の内部に挿入配置される2液混合型の接着剤(充填剤)10とを備え、上部PCa部材の鉄筋4aが下部コンクリート部材1のスリーブ2の内部に挿入されるとともに上部PCa部材の鉄筋4aによって主剤と硬化剤が混合され、接着剤10が硬化して下部コンクリート部材1と上部PCa部材の鉄筋1a、4a同士が接続するように構成する。【選択図】図2
