PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dike-level-raising device 1 for raising a level of the top end of a dike to a predetermined height, without going to a dangerous area, by increasing the volume and weight of level-raising means via water storage means or an introduction hole by the siphon introduction of a water quantity on the high tide and flood side, since a method for stacking sandbags, in which sediment or the like is put in a strong bag such as a conventional jute bag, as a flood countermeasure includes the problem such as conceiving a danger in work itself.SOLUTION: The present invention is formed with an introduction hole 2 penetrating toward an outside slope face from an inside slope face of a dike, is provided with a laterally-long bag-shaped level-raising means 5, which communicates only with one of the introduction hole and a bag-shaped water storage means 4, which communicates with the introduction hole 2 and in which a surface contacting with the outside slope face is a plane, and in which a surface installed on the top end of the dike is a plane, the top end of the level-raising means 5 is provided with a relief valve 5b for avoiding internal pressure from raising to a preset value or more and holding the pressure in preset pressure, and the volume and weight of the level-raising means 5 can be increased via the water storage means 4 or the introduction hole 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洪水対策として従来の麻袋等の丈夫な袋に土砂などを入れた土嚢を積み上げる工法は、作業自体に危険が孕んでいるという問題を含んでいた。そこで、高潮や洪水側の水量のサイホン導入によって、貯水手段又は導入孔を通して嵩上げ手段の体積と重量の増大を図ることにより、危険域に出向くことなく堤防の天端を所定の高さに嵩上げする堤防嵩上げ装置1の実現。【解決手段】本発明は、堤防の内側法面から外側法面に向けて貫通する導入孔2を形成し、導入孔2と連通して外側法面に接触する面が平面となった袋状の貯水手段4及び導入孔2の何れか一方のみと連通する堤防の天端に据付ける面が平面となった横長袋状の嵩上げ手段5を設け、嵩上げ手段5の天端には内部圧力を設定値以上に上昇するのを避けるとともに、設定圧力に保持するリリーフ弁5bを備え、貯水手段4又は導入孔2を通して嵩上げ手段5の体積と重量の増大を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
