RUNNER STRUCTURE OF SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner structure of a sliding door that may be unlocked only by a single pulling operation.SOLUTION: A runner structure of a sliding door includes a guide member 20 traveling along a guide rail, a door panel fitting member 30, and a support shaft 40 connecting the guide member and the door panel fitting member. The door panel fitting member includes a hollow fixing case 31 fitted to an upper corner part of the door panel, an insertion member 32 inserted horizontally into the fixing case and having an end of the support shaft fitted thereon, and a holding member 33 for holding the insertion member inside the fixing case. The holding member includes an engaging piece 33a for locking the insertion member inside the fixing case, and an unlocking member 39 that causes the engaging piece to retreat from an engaging position. The unlocking member includes unlocking parts 39a, 39b that may be inserted into/removed from the holding member, allow engaging of the engaging piece of the holding member to an engaging part of the fixing case when pressed in to a locking position inside the holding member, and unlock the engagement when pulled out from the holding member to an unlocking position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】引っ張るという単一の操作のみによりロックを解除することができるようにした引き戸のランナー構造を提供する。【解決手段】ガイドレールに沿って走行するガイド部材20と、戸板取付部材30と、両者を連結する支持軸40とを有し、戸板取付部材は戸板の上端角部に取り付けられた中空の固定ケース31と、固定ケース内に水平に挿入され且つ支持軸の一端が取り付けられる挿入部材32と、挿入部材を固定ケース内で保持する保持部材33とを有し、保持部材は挿入部材を固定ケース内にロックする係止片33aと、該係止片を係合位置から退避させるロック解除部材39とを備え、ロック解除部材は保持部材に対して挿脱可能であって、保持部材内のロック位置まで押し込まれたときに保持部材の係止片の固定ケースの係止部への係合を許すとともに、保持部材からロック解除位置まで引き出されたときに該係合を解除する解除部39a,39bを備える。【選択図】図5
