FOUNDATION VENTILATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation ventilation structure capable of preventing insects and small animals from entering into a slit between the foundation and a building frame without increasing trouble at a construction site.SOLUTION: A foundation ventilation structure 1a of a building 1 comprises: a foundation 10 of the building; an outer peripheral section 40 of the building constructed on the foundation 10 in a manner that keeps a gap 20b between the same and the foundation 10 through a ventilation member 20 with a side face 40a thereof outwardly protruded from an outer peripheral face 10a of the foundation 10; and a creasing member 50 which is installed on a portion of a lower face of the outer peripheral section 40 outwardly protruded from the outer peripheral face 10a of the foundation 10. The creasing member 50 is extended from a lower edge section of the outer peripheral section 40 to the foundation 10 and has an insect repellent section 54 which prevents insects from entering into the foundation 10. The insect repellent section 54 has a vertically penetrating opening section and a metal mesh covering the opening section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工現場での手間を増やすことなく、基礎と躯体との間の換気用のスリットに、虫や小動物の侵入を防止できる基礎換気構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の基礎１０と、基礎１０の上に、換気用部材２０を介して基礎１０との間に隙間２０ｂを形成するように、かつ、側面４０ａが基礎１０の外周面１０ａよりも外側に出るように設けられた建物の外周部４０と、外周部４０の下面における基礎１０の外周面１０ａよりも外側に出た部分に設けられた水切り部材５０と、を備えた建物１の基礎換気構造１ａにおいて、水切り部材５０は、下端部から基礎１０まで延び、虫等の侵入を防ぐ防虫部５４を有し、防虫部５４は、鉛直方向に貫通する開口部と、開口部を覆う金網と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
