BUILDING SOUNDNESS EVALUATION DEVICE, BUILDING SOUNDNESS EVALUATION METHOD, AND BUILDING SOUNDNESS EVALUATION PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate soundness of buildings in general including steel structure buildings and ferroconcrete buildings.SOLUTION: A building soundness evaluation device comprises: a storing unit which stores the maximum deformation level of a building and damage level of the building corresponding to the maximum deformation level; and an information processing apparatus which sets a performance evaluation curve before evaluation event occurrence indicating a relation between dynamic characteristics and deformation of a building before the evaluation event occurrence on the basis of the dynamic characteristics and restoring force characteristics of the building before the evaluation event occurrence of the building to be evaluated, sets a performance evaluation curve after the evaluation event occurrence indicating a relation between the dynamic characteristics and the deformation of the building after the evaluation event occurrence on the basis of the dynamic characteristics and the restoring force characteristics of the building after the evaluation event occurrence of the building to be evaluated, calculates the maximum deformation level of the building on the basis of the performance evaluation curve before the evaluation event occurrence and the performance evaluation curve after the evaluation event occurrence, extracts the damage level of the building corresponding to the maximum deformation level from the storing unit, and determines the damage level of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】鉄骨造の建物や鉄筋コンクリート造の建物を含む建物全般の健全性を簡易に評価することができる。【解決手段】建物の最大変形レベルと、当該最大変形レベルに対応する建物の損傷度レベルとを記憶する記憶装置と、評価対象となる建物の評価事象発生前の建物の動特性と当該建物の復元力特性とに基づいて、評価事象発生前の建物の動特性と変形との関係を示す、評価事象発生前の性能評価曲線を設定し、評価対象となる建物の評価事象発生後の動特性と前記建物の復元力特性とに基づいて、評価事象発生後の建物の動特性と変形との関係を示す、評価事象発生後の性能評価曲線を設定し、前記評価事象発生前の性能評価曲線と前記評価事象発生後の性能評価曲線とに基づいて前記建物の最大変形レベルを算出し、当該最大変形レベルに対応する建物の損傷度レベルを前記記憶装置から抽出し、前記建物の損傷度レベルを決定する情報処理装置と、を備える。【選択図】図4
