SUMO RING FORMATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a sumo ring more inexpensively than a case in which Arakida earth is used.SOLUTION: The formation method of a sumo ring includes: a collection step of collecting and transporting raw stone including gravel and sand; a selection step of selecting the gravel and sand from the raw stone collected in the collection step; a deposition step of washing out particles from the gravel and sand selected in the selection step and adding flocculant to the particles and depositing the same; a dehydration step of removing water content from the particles deposited in the deposition step and making the particles into a clay-like mass and dehydrating the same; a pulverization step of pulverizing the particles dehydrated in the dehydration step and matching a particle diameter of the particles in a powder state; a mixing step of adding cement and water to the particles pulverized in the pulverization step and mixing the same; a compaction step of loading earth mixed in the mixing step to a mold of the sumo ring and compacting the earth; and a finish step of leveling flatly the surface of the sumo ring compacted in the compaction step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本発明は、荒木田土を使用する場合よりも安価に土俵を作成する方法を提供する。【解決手段】土俵の作成方法は、砂利及び砂を含む原石を採取して運搬する採取工程と、前記採取工程で採取した原石から砂利及び砂を選別する選別工程と、前記選別工程で選別した砂利及び砂から微粒分を洗い落とし、前記微粒分に凝集剤を添加して沈殿させる沈殿工程と、前記沈殿工程で沈殿させた微粒分から水分を除去し、前記微粒分を粘土状の塊にして乾燥させる乾燥工程と、前記乾燥工程で乾燥させた微粒分を粉砕し、粉末状にした微粒分の粒径を揃える粉砕工程と、前記粉砕工程で粉砕した微粒分にセメントと水を加えて混練する混練工程と、前記混練工程で混練した土を土俵の型枠に投入し、締め固める固め工程と、前記固め工程で締め固めた土俵の表面を平らに均す仕上げ工程と、を有する、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
