HYDRAULIC CURED BODY CONTAINING CONCRETE SLUDGE FINE POWDER AS BINDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cured body containing a concrete sludge fine particle as a binding material, having long setting time and small shrinkage amount during curing.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic cured body which is obtained by mixing a binding material, an aggregate and an additive added depending on needs and is constituted so that the binding material contains a concrete sludge fine powder collected from residual concrete, return concrete or the like and inevitably contains gypsum as the binding material of 4.0% or more based on mass of the concrete sludge fine powder in terms of anhydride. There is provided the hydraulic cured body where the concrete sludge fine powder is manufactured by a recovery process consisting of a slurrying process of adding water to the residual concrete or the return concrete to make slurry, a separation process of removing gravel, sand, fine sand component from the slurry to obtain sludge water, a dehydration process of dehydrating the sludge water to obtain dehydrated cake and a crush and drying process of crushing and drying the dehydrated cake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンクリートスラッジ微粉末を結合材として含み、凝結時間が長く、硬化時の収縮量が小さい水硬化性硬化体の提供。【解決手段】結合材と、骨材と、必要に応じて添加される混和剤とから練混ぜされて得られる水硬化性硬化体であって、結合材は、残コンクリート、戻りコンクリート等から回収されたコンクリートスラッジ微粉末を含むようにし、結合材として石膏は必ず含有させ、コンクリートスラッジ微粉末の質量に対して無水物換算で4.0%以上含まれるように構成する水硬化性硬化体。コンクリートスラッジ微粉末が、好ましくは残コンクリート又は戻りコンクリートに水を加えてスラリーにするスラリー化工程と、該スラリーから砂利、砂、微砂分を除去してスラッジ水を得る分離工程と、該スラッジ水を脱水して脱水ケーキを得る脱水工程と、該脱水ケーキを破砕・乾燥する破砕・乾燥工程とからなる回収工程から製造されている水硬化性硬化物。【選択図】図3
