POWDER ADDITIVE FOR SOIL STABILIZATION, SOIL STABILIZATION MATERIAL AND SOIL STABILIZATION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder additive for soil stabilization, a soil stabilization material and a soil stabilization method capable of improving processability by fluidization and further reducing heavy metals.SOLUTION: There are provided a powder additive for soil stabilization which contains calcium sulfite having pH of 9.0 or more, oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of 50 mv or less and MgO content of 0.5% or more, where the powder additive for soil stabilization is preferably 0.01 to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of cement, which further is obtained by mixing a powder water-reducing agent of naphthalenes, melamines, aminosulfonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or polyethers, where the calcium sulfite is a byproduct during manufacturing a lime sulfur, a material for soil stabilization by mixing the powder additive for soil stabilization and cement and a soil stabilization method for reducing viscosity by mixing the powder soil stabilization material with earth.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】流動化によって施工性が改善し、さらに、重金属が低減できる、地盤安定化用粉体混和剤、地盤安定化材料、及び地盤安定化工法を提供する。【解決手段】pHが9.0以上、酸化還元電位(ORP)が50mv以下、MgO含有量が0.5%以上である、亜硫酸カルシウムを含有してなる地盤安定化用粉体混和剤であり、セメント100質量部に対し地盤安定化用混和剤が0.01〜10質量部であることが好ましく、さらに、ナフタレン類、メラミン類、アミノスルホン酸類、ポリカルボン酸類またはポリエーテル類のいずれかの粉体減水剤を混合してなる前記地盤安定化用粉体混和剤であり、亜硫酸カルシウムが石灰硫黄合剤を製造する際の副産物である前記地盤安定化用粉体混和剤であり、前記地盤安定化用粉体混和剤とセメントを混合してなる地盤安定化用材料であり、前記地盤安定化材料を、土と混合して粘性を低下させる地盤安定化工法、である。【選択図】なし
