PAVEMENT PART OFFERING EXCELLENT GEOTHERMY TRANSMISSION FUNCTION, HIGH-FUNCTION SUBGRADE MATERIAL AND ROADBED MATERIAL, AND PAVEMENT PART CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement part offering excellent geothermy transmission function.SOLUTION: A subgrade 6 is formed by compacting a high-function subgrade material made by mixing decay-proof konjak of particle sizes between a rice grain and a granule into a subgrade aggregate. A roadbed 7 is formed on the subgrade 6, by compacting a high-function roadbed material made by mixing the decay-proof konjak into a roadbed aggregate. An upper pavement layer 9 is formed on the roadbed 7. The decay-proof konjak is strongly alkali konjak, and has decay-proof, insect-proof and mildew resisting properties. The decay-proof konjak has a thermal conductivity of about 0.79 to 0.84 W/(m*k), and is filled in an inner gap part between aggregates formed inside the subgrade 6 and the roadbed 7. The configuration enables a pavement part to be formed that offers an excellent geothermy transmission function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地熱伝達機能に優れる舗装部を提供する。【解決手段】米粒大乃至顆粒大を呈する防腐性蒟蒻が路床骨材に混合されてなる高機能路床材を締め固めて路床6を形成する。路床6上に、該防腐性蒟蒻が路盤骨材に混合されてなる高機能路盤材を締め固めて路盤7を形成する。路盤7上に上部舗装層9を形成する。防腐性蒟蒻は強アルカリの蒟蒻であり、防腐性、防虫性、防黴性を有している。防腐性蒟蒻は、その熱伝導率が0.79〜0.84W/(m・k)程度であり、路床6及び路盤7の内部に形成されている骨材間の内部空隙部に充填されている。これによって地熱伝達機能に優れる舗装部が構成される。【選択図】図1
