PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling type vehicle conveyance device capable of suitably conveying vehicles of various sizes.SOLUTION: A vehicle conveyance device comprises a plurality of pieces of conveying equipment 5 which can be automatically attached to and detached from a vehicle 3 and can automatically travel, and loads the vehicle 3 with the plurality of conveying equipment 5 for conveyance with the vehicle 3 lifted. Then a distance between pieces of conveying equipment 5 loaded at predetermined positions of the vehicle 3 is found and the size of the vehicle 3 is found based upon the distance between the pieces of conveying equipment 5, so that the vehicle is conveyed by controlling the respective pieces of conveying equipment 5 according to data on the size of the vehicle 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
