PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door hinge of a cabinet, easily installable in a door, after coating the door, by dispensing with welding.SOLUTION: A door hinge comprises a support pin 10 inserted into a shaft hole 3 of a cabinet 2 and rotatably supporting a door 4, a substantially bottomed cylindrical synthetic resin hinge body 20 fitted-inserted into an installation hole 5 provided on the upper end or the lower end of the door and protrusibly-retreatably and slidably holding the support pin and a spring member 40 contractively provided between a bottom part of a hinge body and an end part of the support pin for energizing elastic force in the direction for projecting the support pin from an upper end part or a lower end part of the door, and the hinge body comprises a pair of substantially bottomed semicylindrical case half-bodies 23 and 24 for connecting a bottom part by a connection piece 22 having flexibility and capable of mutually abutting on the opening side, and a locking part 25 is projected in one of an opposed parts on the opening side of the case half-bodies, and a locking receiving part 26 is provided in the other, and the hinge body is formed by locking the locking part and the locking receiving part in an abutting state of mutual both case half-bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶接を不要にし、ドアを塗装した後に簡単にドアに取り付けることができるキャビネットのドア用ヒンジを提供すること。【解決手段】キャビネット2の軸孔3内に挿入されてドア4を回動可能に支持する支持ピン10と、ドアの上端又は下端に設けられた取付孔5に嵌挿され、支持ピンを出没及び摺動可能に保持する略有底筒状の合成樹脂製のヒンジ本体20と、支持ピンをドアの上端部又は下端部から突出する方向に弾性力を付勢すべくヒンジ本体の底部と支持ピンの端部との間に縮設されるばね部材40と、を具備し、ヒンジ本体は、底部が可撓性を有する連結片22で連結され、開口側が互いに当接可能な略有底半円筒状の一対のケース半体23,24を具備し、ケース半体の開口側の対向する部位の一方に係止部25を突設し、他方には係止受け部26が設けられ、両ケース半体同士を当接した状態で、係止部と係止受け部を係止させてヒンジ本体を形成する。【選択図】図1
