SHEET GUIDE STRUCTURE FOR SHEET SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet guide structure for smoothly operating by reducing abrasion and noise.SOLUTION: The present invention is a sheet for a shutter having on both ends an elastically deformable synthetic resin engaging projection 10 of continuing in a wire rod shape of being moved-guided along a sheet guide 11 engaged by being stored in a pair of rail-shaped sheet guides 11 installed in parallel, and is constituted of a recessed part 10a of at least one groove shape in a cross section of a surface for abutting on front-rear inner surfaces of the sheet guide 11 of the engaging projection 10 and an angle-shaped projection part 10b formed on both sides of the recessed part 10a, and comprises one groove-shaped recessed part 10a and two circular arc-shaped and longitudinally same height projection parts 10b for respectively forming a cross section of the engaging projection 10 on both front-rear sides. The engaging projection 10 is provided on the outside end of a belt-like end member 2b joined to an end part of a sheet body 2a of a sheet shutter, and a gauge part 2c composed of a projection is formed for executing mutual positioning by abutting on an end part of the sheet body 2a when joined to at least one surface side of the end member 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】摩耗や騒音が少なくスムースに作動するシートガイド構造を提供する。【解決手段】この発明は、平行に設置されたレール状の一対のシートガイド１１内に収容されて係合され該シートガイド１１に沿って移動案内される線材状に連続した弾性変形可能な合成樹脂製の係合突起１０を両端に備えたシャッタ用シートにおいて、上記係合突起１０の、シートガイド１１の前後の内面に当接する面の断面が少なくとも１本の溝状の凹部１０ａと該凹部１０ａの両側に形成した山形の凸部１０ｂとによって構成されており、上記係合突起１０の断面が前後両側にそれぞれ形成された１本の溝状の凹部１０ａと２個の円弧状で前後に同一高さの凸部１０ｂを備えている。また、シートシャッタのシート本体２ａの端部と接合されるベルト状の端部材２ｂの外側端に係合突起１０を設け、該端部材２ｂの少なくとも片面側に接合時にシート本体２ａの端部に当接させて相互の位置決めを行う突起からなるゲージ部２ｃを形成している。【選択図】図５
