PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence that can be easily and rapidly constructed, hardly falls down even in a large earthquake, and has a function other than that as a fence (for example, function to supply necessary items in natural disaster such as earthquake).SOLUTION: A fence 1 can stand by itself without a foundation. The fence 1 has a space for planting or storing commodity (for example, emergency drinking water 4) inside and center of gravity is positioned below a center between a top edge and a bottom edge of the fence 1. The fence 1 has a body 2 and a cover 3. The body 2 of the fence 1 is constructed as, for example, a concrete molding or a mortar molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工を容易かつ迅速に行うことができ、また、大きな地震の際にも倒壊しにくく、さらには、塀以外の機能（例えば、地震等の自然災害時に必要な物の供給）を併せ持つことができる塀を提供する。【解決手段】基礎を有さずに自立可能な塀１であって、内部に植栽用または物資（例えば、非常用の飲料水４）の貯留用の空間を有し、かつ、重心の位置が、塀１の上端と下端の間の中央よりも下方に位置する塀１。塀１は本体２および蓋３を有する。塀１の本体２は、例えば、コンクリート成形体またはモルタル成形体として作製される。【選択図】図１
