INSTALLATION METHOD OF EXTERIOR STRUCTURE, AND EXTERIOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of an exterior structure and the exterior structure that enable a diagonal roofing material and other exterior materials to be fitted stably on a substrate such as a sheathing material, while visually confirming the exterior material and adjusting a position thereof to an appropriate position.SOLUTION: An exterior material 1 at least includes: an engaged part 12 provided on two sides 112, 112 located adjacently on an upstream side, the engaged part being formed by folding toward a front surface side; an engaging part 13 provided on two sides 113, 113 located adjacently on a downstream side, the engaging part being formed by folding toward a rear surface side; and a positioning part formed on side edge corner parts 115, 116 located on a side edge of the side 112 on which the engaged part 12 is formed. An installation method of the exterior material includes: a first step in which the exterior material 1 is fitted on a substrate; a second step in which the engaging part 13 is engaged to the engaged part 12; and a third step in which positional adjustment is performed by positioning the positioning part of an exterior material 1R, which is adjacent to the exterior material 1 on the upstream side, to alignment parts 17, 512 provided on a crown on the upstream side of the exterior material 1 or on a holding material 5 provided for fitting and holding the crown on the upstream side on the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】一般的な野地材等の下地に対し、菱葺き外装材等の外装材を目視にて確認しつつ適正位置に位置調整して安定に取り付けることができる外装構造の施工法、及び外装構造を提供する。【解決手段】外装材１は、少なくとも水上側に位置して隣接する二辺１１２，１１２に、表面側に折曲して被係合部１２が設けられ、水下側に位置して隣接する二辺１１３，１１３に、裏面側に折曲して係合部１３が設けられ、被係合部１２が設けられる一辺１１２の側端に位置する側端角部１１５，１１６に位置決め部を形成してなり、下地に前記外装材１を取り付ける第１の工程と、被係合部１２に対し、係合部１３を係合させる第２の工程と、外装材１の水上側頂部又は該水上側頂部を下地に取付保持する保持材５に設けた合わせ部１７，５１２に対し、その水上側に隣接する外装材１Ｒの位置決め部を配置させて位置調整を行う第３の工程と、からなる。【選択図】図１
