TENSION REGULATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension regulator capable of accurately finely adjusting a position of a tensioned leveling string by simple operation, installable in a noncontact position of an operator, and capable of stably holding the position of the tensioned leveling string over a long period.SOLUTION: A tension regulator comprises a cylindrical body 2 for providing a slit 3, a screw part 4 stored on the inside 2c of the cylindrical body 2, fastening members 7 and 8 installed in the screw member 4, an annular member 5 installed in the screw member 4 and a rod-like member 6 erected on the annular member 5 and binding a leveling string L, and in the screw member 4, a first screw part Sis formed in a shaft body 4c, and the base end 4a and the tip 4b are respectively rotatably fixed to both end parts 2a and 2b via a fastening member 7 and a fastening member 8, and in the annular member 5, a second screw part Sthreadedly engaging with the first screw part Sis formed on an inner peripheral surface 5a, and the rod-like member 6 is arranged by passing through a slit 3, by fixing the lower end 6a to an outer peripheral surface 5b of the annular member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】張設された水糸の位置を簡易な操作で精度良く微調整可能であり、しかも、作業員等が接触しない位置に設置可能であり、かつ張設された水糸の位置を長期間に亘って安定的に保持可能な丁張調整器具を提供する。【解決手段】スリット3が設けられる筒状体2と、筒状体2の内部2cに収容されるネジ部材4と、ネジ部材4に取り付けられる留め部材7,8と、ネジ部材4に取り付けられる環状部材5と、環状部材5に立設され、水糸Lが結着される棒状部材6と、を備え、ネジ部材4は、軸体4cに第1のネジ部S1が形成され、基端4a及び先端4bが両端部2a,2bに対しそれぞれ留め部材7及び留め部材8を介して回動可能に固定され、環状部材5は、内周面5aに第1のネジ部S1に螺合する第2のネジ部S2が形成され、棒状部材6は、下端6aが環状部材5の外周面5bに固定され、スリット3を通過して配設される。【選択図】図3
