SEWAGE FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND SEWAGE FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a reliability of the measured flow rate of sewage discharged from a clean water use facility.SOLUTION: A sewage flow rate measurement system 60 measures a sewage flow rate of sewage discharged from a clean waste use facility JY1 to a public sewage flow path Gp arriving at a sewage purifying treatment facility GJP by a sewage flow rate measurement instrument 50 in a sewage discharge path 40 inside the facility, and stores a measured sewage flow rate in a data storage part 64 in a time series manner. When calculating a sewage total flow rate during a measurement period based on the sewage flow rate stored by the data storage part 64, in a poor measurement period in which a poor measurement occurs in the sewage flow rate measurement instrument 50, the sewage flow rate measurement system 60 performs conversion calculation of the sewage total flow rate expected to be measured by the sewage flow rate measurement instrument 50 in the poor measurement period by substituting the stored sewage flow rate on the period other than the poor measurement period by the data storage part 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上水使用施設から排出される下水の計測流量の信頼性を高める。【解決手段】下水流量計測システム60は、下水浄化処理施設GJPに到る公共下水流路Gpに上水使用施設JY1から排出される下水の下水流量を、施設内下水排水路40において下水流量計測機器50により計測し、計測下水流量をデータ記憶部64に時系列的に記憶する。下水流量計測システム60は、計測期間についての下水総流量をデータ記憶部64が記憶した下水流量に基づいて算出するに当たり、下水流量計測機器50に計測不良が起きた計測不良期間では、計測不良期間において下水流量計測機器50にて計測されると予想される下水総流量を、データ記憶部64が計測不良期間以外の期間について記憶済みの下水流量を代用して換算算出する。【選択図】図1
