ON-VEHICLE EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE, AND PORTABLE MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crime prevention performance against relay attack without complicating a circuit configuration and signal processing.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle control device 10 comprises an on-vehicle transmitting unit 2 which transmits a first response request signal to a portable machine 20 with a carrier wave of a first frequency α and a second response request signal to the portable machine with a carrier wave of a second frequency β different from the first frequency α, and an on-vehicle receiving unit 3 which receives a response signal from the portable machine 20. The portable machine 20 comprises a portable machine receiving unit 22 which receives the first response request signal and the second response request signal, a reception intensity measuring unit 21a which measures each reception intensity of the first and second response request signals, and a portable machine transmitting unit 23 which transmits a response signal to the on-vehicle control device 10 according to reception of the first and second response request signals. The on-vehicle control device 10 further includes a position determining unit 1a which determines whether the portable machine 20 exists in a prescribed region with respect to the vehicle by comparing the difference between the reception intensities of the first and second response request signals with a prescribed threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
