INSPECTION DEVICE AND INSPECTION METHOD FOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress development and prior investment costs for inspection on a bridge and other structures, by utilizing a concrete pump vehicle equipped with a folding-type multi-tiered boom for a concrete pump.SOLUTION: An inspection device for a structure includes a concrete pump vehicle 10 equipped with an extendable folding-type multi-tiered boom 20, and an inspection member 30 provided at a tip of the folding-type multi-tiered boom 20 for inspecting a surface of a structure 1. Specifically, the surface of the structure 1 is inspected by remote-controlling the inspection member 30 using the concrete pump vehicle 10 equipped with the extendable folding-type multi-tiered boom 20, by extending the folding-type multi-tiered boom 20 and bringing the inspection member 30 fitted at the tip thereof close to the surface of the structure 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋梁等の構造物の点検を、コンクリートポンプ折り畳み式多段ブームを備えるコンクリートポンプ車を利用して行うことで、開発費用及び先行投資を抑制する。【解決手段】伸展動作可能な折り畳み式多段ブーム２０を備えるコンクリートポンプ車１０と、その折り畳み式多段ブーム２０の先端に設けられ、構造物１の表面を点検するための点検部材３０と、からなる構造物の点検装置。すなわち、伸展動作可能な折り畳み式多段ブーム２０を備えるコンクリートポンプ車１０を用い、その折り畳み式多段ブーム２０を伸展動作させて、その先端に設けた点検部材３０を構造物１の表面に接近させることで、点検部材３０を遠隔操作することにより構造物１の表面を点検する。【選択図】図１
