JOIST SUPPORT HANGER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joist support hanger that has a hanging bolt fixing part 31 and a joist support part 32 rotatably pivoted to enable angular adjustment to suit a ceiling panel 6 installed in a horizontal position or at a prescribed angle of inclination, the joist support hanger further including a screw hole that overlaps at any angular position drilled in a wide screw hole formation area T set on an outer peripheral surface area around an axis of the rotatable pivot opposite the hanging bolt fixing part, in a preliminary step in which a joist support hanger 3 is fitted to a hanging bolt 2, as well as connecting pieces 312 and 322 mutually fixed with a screw, for integrating the hanging bolt fixing part and the joist support part integrated in a rotation regulated state.SOLUTION: The hanging bolt fixing part 31 and the joist support part 32 are integrated in a rotation regulated state, by fixing overlapped screw holes S1 and S2 with a screw to each other, the screw holes having been drilled in the screw hole formation area T while the hanging bolt fixing part and the joist support part are aligned at a prescribed angle. A joist support 4 is configured to be supportable, with an undersurface thereof in a surface-contact with a bottom surface piece of a U-shaped part 321.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工される天井パネル６の水平または所定の勾配角度に応じて、吊りボルト固定部３１と野縁受け支持部３２とを軸着して角度調整できるようにし、軸着した軸芯廻りとなる対面する外周面域に設定された広幅なビス孔形成領域Ｔに対して、野縁受けハンガー３を吊りボルト２に取り付ける前工程で、任意の角度位置で重合するビス孔を穿設し、連結片３１２，３２２同士をビス固定して回転規制された状態で一体化する。【解決手段】吊りボルト固定部３１と野縁受け支持部３２とを、所定角度に位置合わせした状態で、ビス孔形成領域Ｔに穿設させた重合するビス孔Ｓ１とＳ２同士をビス固定することで回転規制させて一体化し、野縁受け４を、その下面部がＵ字状部３２１の底面片に面接された状態で支持可能に構成する。【選択図】 図１
