RAILROAD RAIL SURFACE CLEANING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a railroad rail surface cleaning device for cleaning the upper surface and side surfaces of a rail, and thereby improve efficiency of track maintenance work and inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: A cleaning device is configured of an arm 3 attached to a lifting frame 2, a main frame 4 attached to it with a contact angle adjustable with respect to the rail, and a brush holder 6 and a brush 7 rotatably attached to it. At least a part of element wires forming the brush 7 is a tube capable of injecting a fluid. The cleaning device performs cleaning by bringing the brush into slide contact with the rail surface while injecting the fluid from the tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レール上面および側面を清掃する鉄道レール表面清掃装置を実現することにより保線作業の効率化を図り、検査精度を向上させる。【解決手段】昇降フレーム２に取り付けられたアーム３と、これにレールに対する接触角を調整可能に取り付けられた主フレーム４と、これに取り付けられた回転するブラシホルダ６およびブラシ７とから清掃装置を構成し、ブラシ７を構成している素線の少なくとも一部の素線を流体が噴出できるチューブとし、そのチューブから流体を噴射しつつブラシをレール表面に摺接させて清掃する。【選択図】図１
