PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to sense and detect a standing position on a top plate of a portable work bench, and work more efficiently when using the bench near a wall surface, etc.SOLUTION: In a portable work bench 1, shorter sides of a top plate 3 respectively span each of a pair of ladder-like main legs 2, and hand-hold bars 5 are erected at four corners of the top plate 3. Using the hand-hold bars 5 at the four corners of the top plate 3, a pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 extending in a longer-side direction of the top plate 3 and a pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 extending in a shorter-side direction of the top plate 3 are supported, above the top plate 3. The portable work bench may be installed in a usage state surrounded by the pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 and the pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 on four sides, or in a usage state surrounded by one of the pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 and the pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 on three sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】作業者が天板上での立ち位置を感知できるようにするとともに、可搬式作業台を壁面等に近接させて使用するときには作業性を高められるようにする。【解決手段】一対の梯子状の主脚２間に天板３の短手側を架け渡し、天板３の四隅に手掛かり棒５を立設した可搬式作業台１において、天板３の四隅の手掛かり棒５を利用して、天板３の上方において、天板３の長手方向に延伸する一対の長手側桟部材８、８と、天板３の短手方向に延伸する一対の短手側桟部材９、９とを支承する。この可搬式作業台１は、一対の長手側桟部材８、８及び一対の短手側桟部材９、９で四方を囲んだ使用状態と、一対の長手側桟部材８、８のうちの片方及び一対の短手側桟部材９、９で三方を囲んだ使用状態とに設置することができる。【選択図】図５
