MECHANICAL AGITATION DEVICE FOR SOIL IMPROVEMENT WORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a compact soil improvement device to: easily obtain reaction force to excavate ground and prevent the overturning; and construct a soil improvement body with a sufficiently large diameter in a narrow place.SOLUTION: A mechanical agitation device 100 has an excavation blade 50 and an agitation blade 60 at a tip section of a rod 40, excavates improvement object ground by the excavation blade 50, and constructs a soil improvement body underground by agitating and mixing in-situ soil with a soil improvement material, by the agitating blade 60 inserted into the improvement object ground. The mechanical agitation device also has: a base 20 installed with a distance from a ground surface section; a rod support device 31 and a rod rotation device 32 installed on the base 20; and a fixing device to fix the base 20 with respect to the improvement object ground. The fixing device is made up of at least two fixing piles 70 which are inserted into the improvement object ground with the base 20 as a supporting point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 小型の地盤改良装置でありながら、掘削や転倒防止のための反力を容易に取ることができ、狭隘地においても必要十分な径の地盤改良体を形成することを可能とする。【解決手段】 ロッド40の先端部に掘削翼50及び撹拌翼60を備え、掘削翼50により改良対象地盤を掘削し、改良対象地盤中に挿入した撹拌翼60により原位置土と地盤改良材を混合撹拌して、地中に地盤改良体を造成する機械撹拌装置100であって、地表部から離隔して設置した基台20と、基台20に設置されたロッド支持装置31及びロッド回転装置32と、改良対象地盤に対して基台20を固定する固定装置とを備える。固定装置は、基台20を支点として、改良対象地盤中に向かって貫入させる少なくとも2つの固定杭70からなる。【選択図】図1
