PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door lock knob, which enables a cap and a body part as component members of the lock knob to be easily assembled in a state rattling is removed, and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: Mounting holes 45 are formed on an inner peripheral surface of a cap 43. Engaging claws 38, which fit to the mounting holes when an upper end of a body part 30 is inserted in the inner space of the cap and its upper and lower ends engage with upper and lower ends of the mounting holes, respectively, are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the body part. Either upper end or lower end of the mounting hole or the engaging claw is exclusively made up of an oblique engaging surface 39 that is oblique to a horizontal surface. A portion excluding the oblique engaging surfaces on upper end and lower ends of the mounting hole and the engaging claw is made up of the horizontal surfaces 38a, 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
