BARRIER-FREE TYPE HORIZONTALLY PULLED ROLL SCREEN DEVICE, AND ASSEMBLY MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a thin plate type member, used as a lower rail of a barrier-free type horizontally pulled roll screen device from being loaded in assembly, storage, installation, etc., of the screen device.SOLUTION: When a screen assembly 20 consisting of a fixed frame 11, a horizontally pulled movable sash bar 15, and a screen 18 taken up around a take-up shaft 16 is coupled to the other fixed frame 12 by an upper rail 13, an engagement member 19a at an upper end of the screen is suspended from an inner rail 22 supported in the upper rail 13, and a screen guide 25 fitted to a lower end of the fixed frame 11 is enabled to enter and exit the movable sash bar 15 in a curved state through an opening 24 at a lower end thereof. An engagement groove 25a which guides an engagement member 19b of a lower end edge of the screen 18 is provided on an upper surface of the screen guide 25, and the movable sash bar 15 is suspended while having an upper-end collar part 30 engaged with a buccal part 13b of the upper rail 13, thereby suppressing the weight of the movable sash bar and the screen from acting on a lower rail 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バリアフリー型横引きロールスクリーン装置の下レールとして用いる薄い板状部材が、スクリーン装置の組立、保管、設置等に際して負担が掛かるのを抑制する。【解決手段】固定枠11と横引きの可動桟15と巻取軸16に巻き取られるスクリーン18とからなるスクリーン組立体20を、上レール13により他方の固定枠12と連結するに際し、スクリーンの上端の係合部材19aを上レール13内に支持させたインナーレール22に吊下し、一方、固定枠11の下端に取り付けたスクリーンガイド25を可動桟15の下端の開口24を通してその内部に湾曲して出入り可能とし、該スクリーンガイド25の上面にスクリーン18の下端縁部の係合部材19bをガイドする係合溝25aを設け、可動桟15は上端の鍔部30を上レール13の口縁部13bに係合させて吊下し、これにより、可動桟及びスクリーンの重量が下レール14に作用するのを抑制する。【選択図】図1
