GROUT SEAL COVER AND GROUT INJECTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout seal cover, which can be easily fixed underwater and has good workability, and a grout injection method using the grout seal cover.SOLUTION: A grout seal cover includes a tubular conduit part 8 fixed to a substrate 2 by inserting an inlet 7 into the sheet-like substrate 2 capable of holding a grout G. The conduit part 8 is made of elastic material and has resilience so as to be restored to a state before bending when the conduit part is bent. An injection hose 15 is connected to the conduit part 8. The substrate 2 is formed into cylindrical shape by wrapping the substrate around circumference across an existing pile 13 and a sheath pipe 14, and ends of the substrate 2 are connected with each other by a water-tight connection body. The substrate 2 is fixed to the pile 13 and the sheath pipe 14 by fastening upper end and lower end of an opening of the substrate 2 in diameter reducing direction by fastening bodies 5, 6, respectively. Thus, a clearance at a lower end of the sheath pipe 14 is covered. The grout G is injected from an injection hose 15 into a clearance between an outer peripheral surface of the pile 13 and an inner peripheral surface of the sheath pipe 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水中における装着が容易で作業性がよいグラウトシールカバーおよびこれを用いたグラウトの注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】グラウトGを保持可能なシート状の基体2に注入口7を挿通して基体2に固定される管状の導管部8を設ける。導管部8は、弾性材により形成し、屈曲した際には屈曲する前の状態に復元させる復元力を有する構成にする。導管部8に注入ホース15を接続し、基体2を既存の杭13と鞘管14とを跨いで外周に巻き付けるようにして筒状に形成し、基体2の端部どうしを水密性を有する連結体で連結する。基体2の開口上下両端部をそれぞれを締付け体5、6によって縮径する方向に締付けて基体2を杭13および鞘管14に装着固定し、鞘管14下端部のすき間を覆う。注入ホース15からグラウトGを杭13の外周面と鞘管14の内周面とのすき間に注入する。【選択図】図1
