PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease interceptor which separates and collects grease components from grease-containing drainage discharged from kitchens, other cooking places, gas stations and the like.SOLUTION: A grease interceptor is constituted by including: an inflow part on one side of an interceptor body and an outflow part on the other side thereof; an inflow part partition plate on the inflow part side; an outflow part partition plate on the outflow part side; inclined plates under a water surface part of an intermediate part formed between the inflow part partition plate and the outflow part partition plate; and plural partition plates on a bottom part of the interceptor body. In the grease interceptor of such a configuration, a V-shaped oil collection plate is provided on the water surface part at the intermediate part formed between the inflow partition plate and the outflow partition plate, a part of the V-shaped oil collection plate being submerged below the water surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
