PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck support structure and a deck, which can be tension-fixed to a corner part.SOLUTION: A deck support structure 4A comprises: a tension-fixed joist 40, which is fixed to an external corner part 2A made up of an external corner wall part 21A and an internal corner wall part 22A that face each other leaving a space between them and can be tension-fixed along a diagonal line of the external corner part 2A; first auxiliary joists 50A, 50B, whose one end are fit to the tension-fixed joist 40 and whose the other end can butt to a first wall face 221 of the internal corner wall part 22A; and second auxiliary joists 60A, 60B, whose one end are fit to the tension-fixed joist 40 and whose the other end can butt to the second wall face 222 that intersects the first wall face 221 of the internal corner wall part 22A. The length of the tension-fixed joist 40 can be adjusted in its longer direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
