SOIL CEMENT SHIELDING DEVICE, PILE FOUNDATION AND PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cement shielding device which facilitates injection of concrete into a deeper region than a pile head part in a hollow part of a hollow precast pile, and a pile foundation and a pile foundation construction method using the soil cement shielding device.SOLUTION: A soil cement shielding device can be attached to a hollow precast pile with a hollow part. The soil cement shielding device has a ventilation part, and the ventilation part can obstruct a flow of uncured soil cement in the hollow part in the axial direction of the hollow precast pile by using a granular material included in the uncured soil cement while permitting a flow of gas in the hollow part in the axial direction of the hollow precast pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】中空既製杭の中空部に対し、杭頭部よりも深い領域までコンクリートの注入を容易にするソイルセメント遮蔽装置、該ソイルセメント遮蔽装置を用いた杭基礎及び杭基礎構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】ソイルセメント遮蔽装置は、中空部を有する中空既製杭に取り付け可能である。ソイルセメント遮蔽装置は通気部を有し、通気部は、前記中空部における前記中空既製杭の軸線方向での未硬化のソイルセメントの流れを、前記未硬化のソイルセメントに含まれる粒状物を利用して阻害可能であり、且つ、前記中空部における前記中空既製杭の軸線方向での気体の流れを許容するように構成されている。【選択図】 図２
