FLOOR JOIST AND FLOOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor joist and a floor structure using the same, capable of improving soundproof performance, and also easy in a length adjustment, without heightening a height up to a floor surface from a floor backing.SOLUTION: A board 41 and a floor finishing material 42 are supported by a floor joist 30 arranged-installed in a plurality on a floor backing 20. The floor joist 30 comprises a long plate-like lower plate 31 fastened by a machine screw to the floor backing 20, a long plate-like upper plate 32 for fastening the board 41 by the machine screw and a cushion material layer 33 laid on the lower plate 31 and the upper plate 32 and provided over the total length between the lower plate 31 and the upper plate 32. The lower plate 31 and the upper plate 32 provide a floor structure formed of one or more selected from a wooden plate, resin, resin wood, a calcium silicate board and a gypsum board, and also provide the floor joist 30 being wider in a width in the lower plate 31 than the upper plate 32 in the above-mentioned floor joist 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床下地から床面までの高さを上げることなく防音性能を向上させることができ、しかも長さ調整が容易な根太及びそれを用いた床構造の提供。【解決手段】床下地20上に複数配列設置された根太30によってボード41及び床仕上げ材42を支持し、根太30は床下地20にビス留めされた長板状の下板31と、ボード41がビス留めされた長板状の上板32と、下板31と上板32とに被着されて下板31及び上板32との間の全長にわたって設けられたクッション材層33とを有し、下板31及び上板32は、木質板、樹脂、樹脂木材、珪酸カルシウム板、石膏ボードから選択される1以上によって形成されている床構造を提供する。また、上述の根太30において下板31が上板32に比べて幅広である根太30を提供する。【選択図】図1
