SOLID ROAD SIGN AND REVERSE RUN PREVENTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to a reverse run prevention by changing a flat road sign to a solid road sign.SOLUTION: A plate origin holding shaft 3 is fit behind a body outer frame 1 and a body bottom plate 2, and a holding shaft metal case 4 is fit on a rear face of a main plate 6. The main plate 6, a sub plate 7, and an auxiliary plate 8 are moved up or down by a plate lifting extendable part by connecting a first hinge 9 and a second hinge 10. In order to move up or down, as the plate moves in a front-back direction, a plate support roller bearing case and a plate support roller shaft are fit on a rear face of the sub plate, and a plate support roller 11 is set. In order to normally operate the plate support roller 11, a plate support roller guide 14 is fit on both sides of the roller part. As a large vehicle self-weight and load are added on the main plate 6 and the sub plate 7, a main plate receiving pedestal 15 is installed after structural calculation so as to support total weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平面的な道路標識を立体的な道路標識に変更させることにより逆走防止に寄与する。【解決手段】本体外枠１と、本体底板２の後方にプレート起点保持軸３と、主プレート６の裏面に保持軸メタルケース４を取り付け、プレート昇降伸縮部により主プレート６と、副プレート７そして補助プレート８を第一ヒンジ９と、第二ヒンジ１０の連結により昇降する。昇降するには、前後にプレートが移動するので副プレート裏面にプレート支持ローラーベアリングケースと、プレート支持ローラー軸を取り付けてから、プレート支持ローラー１１をセッティングする。プレート支持ローラー１１を正常に作動させるためにプレート支持ローラーガイド１４をローラー部の両側に設ける。主プレート６と副プレート７に、大型車両自重＋荷重が加算されるので、総重量に耐えられるように構造計算を算出のうえ、主プレート受台座１５を設置する。【選択図】図１
