WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE OF BOX BODY JOINT PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cutoff water economically and readily at a connection of a joint part between concrete box bodies buried underground and lined up continuously and linearly, the connection being a location displaced relatively in a shear direction and an axial direction between the box bodies.SOLUTION: A joint filler 16 is placed inside a joint part 3 between concrete box bodies 1 buried underground. Cutout recesses 17 are formed along an entire circumference on an outer periphery of the box body joint part 3. A canvas 18 is arranged over an entire periphery of the concrete box body 1, to fit a shape of the cutout recess 17, with a sagging part around the cutout recess 17 so that the canvas is adhered not to the cutout recesses 17 and 17, but to both concrete box bodies 1. A length of the sagging part has been adjusted so as to enable the canvass to follow freely when the concrete box bodies 1 are relatively displaced, without being caught in a gap between the box bodies 1. Furthermore, the canvas 18 is covered by a rubber sheet 19 on an outside, the rubber sheet being installed to span between the concrete box bodies 1, with an edge part adhered to the concrete box body 1. The rubber sheet 19 functions as a water cutoff plate, and offers an elongation performance higher at least than the canvas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地下に埋設され直線的に連続するコンクリート函体間の継手部において、函体同士の間にせん断方向および軸方向の相対変位が生じる接合部を、経済的かつ容易に止水できる。【解決手段】地下に埋設されるコンクリート函体1間の継手部3において、目地材16を継手部目地内に配置し、函体継手部3の外周には、全周に切り欠き凹部17を形成し、切り欠きの凹部17の形状に沿うようにコンクリート函体1の全周に渡って帆布18を切り欠き凹部17,17には接着されず、両方のコンクリート函体1に接着されるように、前記切り欠きの凹部17でたるみを持たせて配置し、前記たるみは、コンクリート函体1間の相対変位が生じた際に、自由に追従でき、函体1間の隙間にめり込まない長さに調整されており、さらに、帆布18の外側を端部をコンクリート函体1に接着してコンクリート函体1間に渡すように設置するゴムシート19で覆い、前記ゴムシート19は、止水板として機能し、少なくとも帆布より高い伸び性能を有する。【選択図】 図1
