HIGH TEMPERATURE WATER COOLING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY ENGINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature water cooling device for a construction machinery engine capable of solving some problems of reduction in workability, carrying-in of materials and/or troublesome arrangement and the like.SOLUTION: A high temperature water cooling device for a construction machinery engine 11 is configurated in such a way that the engine 11 and a cooling fan 12 are installed at a machine segment 5 for an upper turning table of the construction machinery. A second radiator 18 and a first radiator 13 are arranged adjacent to each other in a sucking direction of the fan 12, and the second radiator 18 is arranged to cause the surrounding atmosphere sucked through the fan 12 to directly strike against the first radiator 13. The high temperature water from the engine 11 is fed to the second radiator 18 through the first radiator 13 and they are cooled in sequence so as to enable an optimum construction machinery to be used at a freight warehouse, perform the work by the same machinery for longer hours and reduce cost. Thus, shortening of ship staying time at a bay and low-cost formation can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業性の低下と、機材の搬入、及び/又は、配置等が煩雑となる課題を解決することができる建設機械のエンジンの高温水冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】建設機械のエンジン11の高温水冷却装置は、建設機械の上部旋回体の機械部5にエンジン11と冷却用のファン12とを設け、ファン12の吸込み方向に、第2ラジエータ18・第1ラジエータ13とを隣接して設け、第2ラジエータ18には、ファン12吸込み外気が直接当るように配置し、第2ラジエータ18を通過した外気が第1ラジエータ13に当る配置とし、エンジン11の高温水を、第1ラジエータ13を経由して、第2ラジエータ18に送り、順次、冷却するエンジン11の高温水冷却装置であり、貨物倉の使用に最適な建設機械の提供と、長時間に亙り、同じ機械で作業ができ、コストの削減が図れる。船舶の停泊時間の短縮化と低コスト化に寄与できる。【選択図】図3
